🔊 Roll Call for Power Hour at the park! We're gonna blend strength, cardio, and community connection together for one fun, effective and engaging hour to kick start your weekend!

Expect full-body circuits, group challenges, and plenty of smiles between sweat drops. All fitness levels are welcome — everything can be modified, and the only thing that’s required is your prescence!

Rain or shine - we're going ALL in! Just dress accordingly. ☀️🌧💪🏼☺️
