Kirtan Experience with Jenna & Craig

Kirtan- musical mantra meditation.
If you’ve ever struggled with silent meditation this might be a bit more your style. We will repeat ancient Sanskrit mantras with musical accompaniment to help connect, focus and clear the mind.
You don't need to be a singer or even like your own voice to participate. Come for the experience- no expectations for participation- you can just listen.

This event is free to the community! No registration necessary, mark yourself as "going" in the event and just show up!
