About this session:

The Enneagram is a tool that explains human behavior by looking at the motivations
underlying those behaviors—the ‘why’ of what we do. In this session, participants will learn about the nine personality types to better understand themselves and others. They will learn about each other’s basic types and their impact on team dynamics, communication, and collaboration. Participants will discover concrete ways to optimally work with, inspire, and engage each type and learn the Enneagram system’s centers (thinking, feeling, doing), stances (aggressive, dependent, withdrawn), conflict styles, and how those show up on their team. Participants will continue using the knowledge of the Enneagram to harness their collective brilliance as an engaged and collaborative whole.
