Community Wellness & Service Day: Taking Back Our Community from Opioid Addiction

Join the Smithtown Historical Society and Smithtown Rotary for a meaningful day of community connection, education, and enjoyment as we come together to address opioid awareness and addiction in our community.

This family-friendly event brings together vital resources, life-saving training, and fun activities in the beautiful outdoor setting of the Smithtown Historical Society grounds. Together, we can make a difference while enjoying a day of connection and support.

Event Highlights:

• Live music performances throughout the day
• Ice cream truck and soft pretzel vendors - FREE
• Face painting and rock painting activities
• Narcan training sessions - learn how to save a life
• CPR certification opportunities
• Resource tables with addiction support information
• Family and dog-friendly environment (well-behaved dogs welcome)

There are some picnic tables but we encourage you to bring your chairs and blankets for a relaxing picnic experience while learning how you can be an advocate for those affected by opioid addiction. Together, we can take back our community one connection at a time.
