⚡ Feel the Pain! Brave dads, brothers & partners can try the Period Pain Simulator to see what cramps are really like!
🩺 Walk through the massive 40-foot Colorectal Cancer inflatable colon — learn, explore, and get informed.

🚗 Build & race a Lego car on the 2nd Smiths Falls Scouting Kub Kar track — kids get a crest to take home!
🎤 10:30: Meet the Keepers Wildlife Rescue on the Main Stage — discover amazing animals and why biodiversity matters!
🎳 10:00-12:00 a Bocce Ball demonstration with Smiths Falls Special Olympics

💃 2:00: Zumba with Functional Performance Fitness Follow along to fun rhythms, get your heart pumping!
📣 3:00: Cheer lesson with Redblacks Alumni Cheerleader Alyscha Morrison — the first 12 participants will receive their very own Old Home Week PomPoms!
🌀 3:00-4:00: Dreamscapes will be offering a yoga class in the park to help wind down your day
💪 4:00: Be amazed by the strength, skill, and artistry of the incredible women from Power Pole Performance as they provide a dynamic and empowering pole fitness demonstration.
