Into the Woods: A Forest Bathing Journey

Forest bathing is a medicinal Japanese practice, a process of relaxation known as “shinrin yoku”, a simple method and therapeutic act of spending time in a forest. Studies have shown this practice can improve your mood, focus and stress levels.

Take a walk through the forest with Sarah who will guide you through a walking mediation designed to help you slow down, stay in the present moment, de-stress, relax and connect. The art of noticing is a key practice in this guided walking meditation. She will end the practice with a seated group meditation, snacks and tea. Cups and beverage provided.

Walk is about 1-1.5 miles total. Wearing comfortable shoes is strongly recommended. Entire event lasting about 3 hours.
