Winter Wellness Ayurveda Workshop Series

Please join me for a series of three Ayurvedic health workshops to help you reset your health and wellness in 2026. I am an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor and Registered Aromatherapist based in Telkwa, BC.

Ayurveda (pronounced ‘eye-yer-vay-dah’) translates to the "science of life" and is the oldest recorded health and wellness system on the planet. Developed in India, Ayurveda is a holistic approach to health that is based on a person's unique mind-body constitution (dosha). Its overall aim is to prevent disease and increase longevity, by maintaining balance and aligning with the rhythms of nature. The three workshops have been designed to build your knowledge of Ayurveda over tine and to allow space in between to integrate your learnings. The workshops are as follows:

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 #𝟑 (𝐅𝐞𝐛 𝟕𝐭𝐡): Balancing for the Seasons - Aligning with the Rhythms of Nature and Aromatherapy*
