Nordic Walking

Hadih: PLN will have Nordic Walking sessions. We have Nordic Poles and Ice Cleats people can use while we have our walking sessions. For more information contact Patricia at 250-877-0042.
Starting next Wednesday around 1:30 Snacks, Light Lunch and refreshments will be available.
Nordic walking helps with weight loss primarily because it burns significantly more calories than regular walking by engaging more muscles.
