Annual General Meeting

Reminder of our AGM! Regular meeting will be just after.
The strength of the club is only as good as those willing to serve. We hope that our members will consider getting involved in a position or a committee.
The meeting is open to the public, however, only current members in good standing may vote (paid memberships by 10Feb26). This is not a regular meeting and the agenda is fixed. If you would like to add something to the agenda please email YWRtaW4gfCBidnJnICEgY2E=. Reminder that regular business dealings are done at our regular meetings. AGM items are usually limited to bylaw, constitution items etc. There are rules to how they may be presented. We will do our best to help.
We sincerely hope to see lots of faces at the meeting and many willing to serve as a director.
