Monthly Restorative

Join Nicole for a 90-minute Restorative Yoga session that will give you the time and space you need to dive deep into relaxation, rest, and renewal.

Restorative Yoga utilizes many props to support the student (literally and figuratively) and aid you in fully surrendering into each pose with very little to no effort. The poses are held for long enough to allow your body to drop into complete relaxation.

Restorative yoga “restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance.

This class is pretty much what everyone needs, whether we’d like to admit it or not.

All levels are welcome.
