Crystal + Sound Pyramid Healing

In this small group healing session (6 max), crystals, crystal pyramids, and loving energy will be incorporated in such a way as to allow for cellular healing and alignment of the energy centers (chakras). The goal of this session is to align your life force energy, heal at a cellular level, relax and rejuvenate. You will also practice some pranayama (breathing practices), visualizations, and be gifted a crystal.
