10 Mile Run – over 18s only
10 Mile Walk – all ages permitted. Early turn-back is allowed
Starting from Sligo Rugby Club, Strandhill

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Men & Women in 10 Mile Run
1st Place Men & Women (Over 55)
Spot prizes – winners selected from all participants
Competitive runners must pass the timing check at the turn-around point
Event starts:
Run starts Saturday 28th June at 12pm (midday)
Walk starts 1 hour earlier at 11am
Registration, t-shirt & race number collection:
Pick up at Sligo Rugby Club
Friday 6:30-8pm
Registration & payment can be taken on the day, cash or card, but note the times:
10am to 10:40am for the walk
11am to 11:40am for the run
Please arrive early, as registration will close 20 minutes before each event to give our volunteers time to process details in the event computer
Free parking, changing facilities, toilets, hot showers all available at the clubhouse
Complimentary refreshments including snacks, tea and coffee
Prize ceremony to follow completion of the run

Cost:
Run: €35 + online booking fees
Walk: €30 + online booking fees
Includes event t-shirt for first 300 registrations
