Farm Open Day

Want to find out more about Shy By Nature Farm and our veg boxes?

From 10am to 2pm on Saturday 12 July, we will be having a Farm Open Day. We would love to see old friends and make some new ones.

Come have a tour of the gardens, see where we grow the veg for our veg box and all we do here, taste the veg (we've got some excellent cooks in our midst!), meet the crew of international and local volunteers, and see the donkeys, sheep and of course the dogs!

Now into our third year getting veg boxes out, we are certified organic, have widened community health in south Donegal - on a small scale - through our sliding scale pricing where those that can pay more so that others can pay less. Plus our customers have sponsored almost 150 veg boxes for the supported the families that the Bluestack Special Needs Foundation. Slots now available at https://vegbox.shybynaturefarm.ie/boxes

In the afternoon after the open day and lunch, you can join in with some tasks in the garden - that's for those that want to get their hands a little dirty!
