Sunset Solstice Drumming and Sound Meditation

For drumming please bring a lawn chair and your favorite drum. You can borrow one of ours if you need one.

For sound meditation you can use a lawn chair or bring a yoga met, knee bolster, pillow, eye cover and light blanket.
