The Yorkshire Flea "This is ground control"

On this day in 1969 the Apollo 11 mission landed two astronauts on the surface of the moon a mere 66 years after the first powered controlled heavier than air flight by humans. Giant steps.
The Yorkshire Flea got off the ground in 2017 and has remained in orbit around our two venues in the North Yorkshire towns of Skipton and Thirsk six times a year. Each event has between 80 and 100 antique and vintage dealers trading in items from pre 1800 to the early 21st Century. (Our dealers do not sell new items at the events) We are over the moon to have spent 30 years (Ben) and 40 years (Helen) in this trade as fair organisers, dealers and shopkeepers/gallery owners. This Yorkshire Flea up in Skipton will have a healthy contingent of our regular exhibitors and we expect to welcome a few new faces to maintain the wide variety of interesting, unusual, desirable and affordable items that you can find on sale at our events. Tickets are available on the day at the venue which is indoors, fully accessible for wheelchair users step free and with an onsite cafe and ample free parking.
Admission to the event is £3 per adult Accompanied under 16s are free of charge. The post code is BD23 1UD
we recommend allowing a minimum of 60 minutes to visit the event and our wrist band entry system means you are able to come and go all day. In order to maximise your buying opportunities we recommend a combination of cash and card. delivery is usually available for larger items.
Expect pictures, prints, vinyl, ceramics, metalware, glass, furniture, sculpture, treen, ephemera, vintage and antique maps, all kinds of homewares, textiles, jewellery, watches and clocks, industrial salvage, natural history ,scientic and medical curiosities and taxidermy.
