Somatic Ecstatic Dance provides an opportunity to journey into your multidimensional nature through freeform movement meditation. You will be guided deep into the body-mind to explore your inner terrain and move in a way that supports you in this unique moment of your personal journey.

Expand into the fullness of your being to discover the interconnectedness of body-mind-spirit, and all of life. This is a journey of becoming the dance rather than doing the dance, to free yourself of conditioned patterning and provide a space to digest and delve into life in all its colours. Expect eclectic and rich soundscapes designed specifically to assist you on your journey of embodiment – no two sessions are ever the same!

Please bring a bottle of water and an open mind! We suggest wearing comfortable clothes you can move well in.
