July Hypnobirthing Group Course

Group courses are a great way to meet new parents to share your pregnancy and birth with and to learn all the great hypnobirthing techniques.

They consist of 4 sessions which run weekly on Tuesday evenings starting at 6.30pm.

My group courses are limited to 6 couples so that you get the best support from me.

Group courses cost £250 per couple, this could be your partner/ husband (and baby daddy) or it might be your friend, sister or mum.

This fee includes the sessions, a copy of The Calm Birth Method book, a personalised padlet and my support until baby is earthside!
