This informational workshop will also include a mindfulness meditation, invitations to connect with the natural land, and an herbal tea tasting.

Stacey Vinci is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy, and a Licensed Therapist in PA and NJ. Stacey’s practices are rooted in a heart-centered approach that supports embodied wellness and helps folks strengthen their relationship with the natural lands around them as well as their inner sense of nature.
