Sacred Rhythms: A Drumming & Sound Journey in the Salt Cave

Join us for an evening of rhythm, and deep connection as we gather in the healing salt cave.

We’ll use Native American frame drums, other various drums, flutes, rattles, vocal chants and more to weave a circle of music with devotion and expansion. To become one with the rhythm, to move stuck energy, to send our prayers..

Whether you feel called to play, hum, chant, move, or receive… All are welcome.

No experience is needed, only an open spirit.

The grounding salt cave and its healing properties will amplify the vibrations of our shared sound. Come explore the healing magic of rhythm as we gather in circle, honoring life and all that came before us.

Bring your presence, your voice, and any instruments you wish to share. Limited drums and percussion will be available to borrow.
