Full Moon Yoga with Kasey

The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves us, which can invite expansion of our minds + our bodies. Yoga can help to release tension that gets stored in the energetic or the subtle body. This allows you to open yourself up to receive all the celestial gifts the full moon has to offer. Join us in the salt cave where we will enjoy a slow, mindful flow that connects yoga poses to release + expand, two common cosmic themes under the full moon.
