After dinner both evenings, there is a guided relaxation session with optional Reiki. Saturday and Sunday morning Lesley will take us through a yoga session for all abilities. After breakfast each day Cosmo will take us on a wonderful journey using Thai Yoga massage techniques to
• Learn gentle, intuitive techniques to work with the abdomen and chest
• Understand how internal tension affects the body’s outer alignment
• Develop safe, respectful touch to support emotional and physical release
• Explore simple somatic practices to deepen body awareness and grounding.
Saturday afternoon is yours to enjoy the facilities, or walk, or rest, as well as enjoy afternoon tea. Holistic massage is available with additional cost to The Tree Therapists.
Following the famous Tree Sunday lunch, we travel home, feeling refreshed and ready to face life again.
Cost is £395 per person, based on a twin sharing room. All meals and full use of the sauna, hot tub and cold tub, as well as all the meditation spaces are included. Classes are included too and are optional. Adaptations will be made to suit your needs.
