September Medicine Mixer: Equinox Edition
Sunday September 21st, 4-8pm
Here’s the flow (pop in and out as desired) —
4-4:30 arrival, settle in
4:30-4:45 Opening Circle
5-6 pm Wild People Dance co-led by Isabella Rose & Eliza Jean Greyce (this is similar to our weekly wild woman dance, but open to all. Its a blend of ecstatic dance & gentle guidance through the chakras and elements — a moving meditation and a journey back home to yourself & your community)
6pm Potluck
(Please bring a dish to share with about 10 folks & a label of ingredients)
7:30: Closing Circle & Heart Shares
