𓆸 Are you called to move beyond theory and into the visceral? To practice a magic that is not outside of you, but which pulses within your blood, bones, and breath? This coven is an invitation to remember: you are not a vessel to be filled, but a sacred wellspring. Your joy, your rage, your grief, and your visions are not obstacles—they are the very ingredients of your power.
𓇽 Join us for a four-week container to journey through the elemental energies of your sacral center. This is a space of sacred witnessing, potent amplification, and deep tribal connection, where we will alchemise our inner worlds through ritual, craft, and movement.
𓆸 The Journey Through the Elements:
~Week 1 10th Oct | EARTH | The Womb’s Creative Essence We begin at the root of creation, honoring the deep, fertile magic of our wombs. Through meditation and discussion, we connect to our unique creative life force. We will craft a potent Womb Charm—a small, charged bag of crystals, herbs, and intention—to serve as an altar piece and anchor for your creative energy.
~Week 2 17th Oct | FIRE | The Sacred Roar of Rage We stoke our inner fire, transmuting stored anger into empowered action and boundary-setting. We will practice a powerful Scream Spell to release what no longer serves, followed by crafting a personalised Protection Smudge Stick from sacred herbs, imbued with the energy of your liberated voice.
~Week 3 24th Oct | WATER | The Cleansing Tide of Grief We allow the healing waters of emotion to flow, honoring grief as an act of deep love and release. In a gentle, supportive space, we will blend a Bath of Letting Go—a soothing mix of salts, botanicals, and essential oils—to create a sacred ritual for emotional cleansing at home.
~Week 4 7th NOV | AIR | Weaving Our Visionary Path We integrate our journey to breath life into our future visions. We will cast a classic Bay Leaf Spell, writing our intentions to smoke and release to the universe. Finally, we will collaboratively weave a Blessing Braid—a physical talisman of our collective support—and each take a piece to bind our creations and bless our paths ahead.
𓇽 There will be no coven on Friday 31st it will be on 7th Nov due to Samhain I will be holding a meaningful ritual on Saturday 1st Nov instead to honour this phase.
𓆸 The Coven Experience: Each circle is carefully crafted to be a multi-sensory experience. We will:
· Share a specially-blended herbal tea and speak our truths in a sacred talking circle.
· Engage in guided intuitive dance to one or two songs, stirring the cauldron of our hips to unlock emotion and foster radical body positivity.
· Co-create a communal altar; you are invited to bring crystals or charms to charge upon it.
· Leave each week with a handmade, charged talisman and a heart full of sisterhood.
𓇽 Logistics: Dates: Four Fridays, starting October 10th Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Location: King George’s Pavilion (Upstairs. Plenty of parking.) Investment: £8 per circle What to Bring: Yourself—your will, your heart, your body & soul. A cushion for comfort, a mug for tea, your journal, and any crystals you'd like to charge on our altar.
