Gentle Yoga

A Scaravelli Inspired Yoga class for those you need or prefer a gentler, slower placed class. Suitable for those beginners or those with some experience.

- Learn to switch off and sleep well
- Breath better for more energy and focus
- Regulate your blood pressure and improve overall health
- Reduce aches and pains with better posture and joint movement
-Support active aging by improving circulation and bone density

The class incorporates Yoga postures, gentle flowing sequences to strengthen and stabilize the body, whilst aiding healthy movement. Finishing with calming breathing techniques and a led relaxation to calm the mind.

Prices - £9 for a single class or £30 for a classes pass.
