Celebrate the comforting, rustic flavors of southern Germany while learning from Chef Andrew Ernst. You will be welcomed into the world of Bavarian cooking with dishes inspired by Alpine traditions, classic beer-hall fare, and the region’s love of bold, satisfying flavors.

Menu:
Appetizer: Pretzel Bites with a mustard cheese sauce
Entree: Seared German Sausage with cheese spätzle served with Fine Herbs
Dessert: German Berliner with triple berry jam and powdered sugar
