Meet the Coach: Kristin (@miss__kristen)
Kristin brings over 9 years of aerial expertise to the studio, with a deep-rooted passion for Lyra and a love for pushing boundaries in the air. Known for her jaw-dropping spins, dynamic transitions, and creative combos, you may have seen her wild twisting and turning on social media, where she’s built a loyal following of fellow aerialists and fans.
A decorated performer, Kristin holds first-place titles in Lyra at both Aerialympics Regionals and Nationals, first place in Trapeze at Aerialympics, and first place at ASCC. She has also proudly competed at Vivafest the past two years, showcasing her continued growth and dedication to the art.
When she’s not performing, Kristin is sharing her knowledge through teaching—both in-person at @warpedstudios and internationally. With over five years of experience leading online classes, private coaching, and specialty workshops, she’s known for her detailed instruction, encouraging energy, and ability to unlock new skills in her students.

About the Workshop
Take your span set technique to the next level in this advanced Lyra workshop designed for experienced aerialists ready to explore spin mechanics and dynamic transitions. In Span Set Level 2, we’ll use the span set not just as a static element—but as a tool to create momentum, generate spin, and add dramatic flair to your aerial work.
This workshop includes progressive drills to harness spin safely and intentionally, and we’ll build toward incorporating a controlled drop from the span set. You’ll work on spatial awareness, grip transitions, and momentum management to enhance both your artistry and your aerial presence.
Participants must be confident inverting on both the side of the span set and directly underneath it. A minimum of 8 months of Lyra experience is required, as well as a solid foundation in climbs, inversions, and controlled transitions.
