Meet the Coach: Kristin (@miss__kristen)
Kristin brings over 9 years of aerial expertise to the studio, with a deep-rooted passion for Lyra and a love for pushing boundaries in the air. Known for her jaw-dropping spins, dynamic transitions, and creative combos, you may have seen her wild twisting and turning on social media, where she’s built a loyal following of fellow aerialists and fans.
A decorated performer, Kristin holds first-place titles in Lyra at both Aerialympics Regionals and Nationals, first place in Trapeze at Aerialympics, and first place at ASCC. She has also proudly competed at Vivafest the past two years, showcasing her continued growth and dedication to the art.
When she’s not performing, Kristin is sharing her knowledge through teaching—both in-person at @warpedstudios and internationally. With over five years of experience leading online classes, private coaching, and specialty workshops, she’s known for her detailed instruction, encouraging energy, and ability to unlock new skills in her students.

About the Workshop
Ready to take your Lyra skills to new heights? Join us for a dynamic Level 1 Lyra Workshop focused entirely on span set technique. In this workshop, we'll explore a variety of tricks and transitions that utilize the span set to build strength, control, and fluidity in your movement.
Designed for aerialists who can confidently invert under the bar and perform a safe climb above the hoop, this class will challenge your coordination and expand your aerial vocabulary. You’ll learn how to use the span set as an extension of your apparatus—working with it, around it, and through it to create beautiful shapes and sequences.
Whether you're looking to add complexity to your combos or strengthen your foundational skills, this workshop offers focused training in a supportive, technique-driven environment.
