This is a unique opportunity to spend 5 days with the Shaw Method founder himself, Steven Shaw assisted by Shaw Method trainers.

This course will be take place at the elite Holmes Place Health Club,

• 5 day - Week Break: @ Holmes Place Quinta da Beloura : Address: R. Centro Empresarial Edifício 9, 2710-444 Sintra, Portugal

The aim of this course is to provide you with the key techniques to mastering a graceful and sustained style of swimming.

Shaw Method is a unique hand’s on technique incorporating the principles of The Alexander Technique.
By the end of the course your swimming will have transformed.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON SUNDAY - COURSE STARTS ON MONDAY 9am

Provisional Daily Schedule:

Starts 9am – Finishes 1pm or 2pm (1x 30min private lesson included) (4/5hrs a day)
Each day you will have:
1 x 60 min Groundwork
1 x 120min in the Pool
1 x HP Class
1 hr supervised swimming session everyday

• Cost of the course: £950 (includes access to the club and refreshments)
• Flights to Portugal: £75 approx return flights
• Accommodation: We recommend: Pestana Sintra Golf Conference & SPA Resort. However many hotels nearby, please feel free to choose your own

Deposit of £500 is required on booking

Full payment required on the 1month before you depart.
