Tantric wisdom offers the intimacy with life, while Hatha Yoga harmonizes the union of opposites, embracing the polarity of masculinity and femininity. Yin Yoga guides you inward, holding postures for 3-8 minutes to explore emotions, gain awareness, and find relief and peace.
