Ancestral Stories: A Circle of Belonging
We all carry ancestral stories in our blood and bones. They are legacies that offer living medicine—tools for emotional, spiritual and relational well-being, reminding us that we are never alone. Whether through dreams, memories, or rituals, ancestral narratives are threads in the tapestry of our collective lore, holding the wisdom, insight, and knowledge of our elders passed down through the generations.
In this heartfelt event led by Michelle Ayn Tessensohn, participants will learn about the profound healing embedded in ancestral reconnection and stories.
Michelle will share about her process of gathering stories from her childhood and personal research, her ancestral healing journey and work as an ancestral lineage healing practitioner and mentor, supporting clients and trainee practitioners.

About the speaker:
Michelle Ayn Tessensohn is a healer, guide and contributing author to Ancestral Wisdom: Sacred Stories of Contact, Healing, and Care, a practitioner and mentor in the Ancestral Medicine network, who brings deep reverence for the unseen, holding space for transformative encounters with the wisdom of the ancestors. She invites a return to belonging—within ourselves, our lineages, and the more-than-human world. She speaks with clarity, compassion, and a deep commitment to healing across time.
