The Art of Yoga Twists with Mantu

An opportunity to deepen your understanding on the art and science of yoga twists, this 2-day course allows you to explore (and eventually master) a spectrum of basic to intermediate/advanced twisting poses, gaining essential insights into how precise alignment can unlock greater detoxification and restorative potential.

Cover essential concepts such as spinal rotation, hip and shoulder engagement, and how to prevent common alignment issues hindering your practice. Gain practical insights into the nuances and mechanics of twist alignment, learn modifications to accommodate individual needs, and experience the profound impact of these poses on how they can be used as a tool for releasing tension, improving circulation, and balancing the nervous system.
