As you rest cocooned in an aerial hammock, Alchemy Crystal Bowls sing with shimmering tones — high-vibrational quartz frequencies that reflect your inner radiance, dissolve energetic tension, and invite deep clarity.
Each note is an invitation — to soften, to surrender, to illuminate.
The Illuminated Self is a meditative sound healing journey that honours the wholeness of who you are. Under the moon’s light, release what dims your shine and gently return to the truth of your being.
Accented with Chimes, Sound Tube, Metallophone or Rattle, this celestial soundscape dances through your body and being — recalibrating your nervous system, soothing the heart, and awakening presence.
