Join us on 5th September, Friday from 7:30pm - 9pm to give a warm welcome to Amabuki! Amambuki is a 300 years old sake brewery located in Saga Prefecture. What makes them unique from other breweries is the use of Flower Yeasts, a type of yeast that has been extracted from flowers.

Fun fact: Do you know what else Saga Prefecture is known for? It's the birthplace of ceramics in Japan, widely recognised for its historic pottery towns of Karatsu, Arita and Imari, and has been influenced by Chinese and Korean culture.
