Pork jowl served with mala mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

⦁ Welcome drinks and tapas will be served upon arrival. Full dining service will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
⦁ If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us in advance so we can ensure your food is served warm.
⦁ The menu is fixed. For any dietary restrictions, please notify us at least two weeks in advance. Otherwise, a standard vegetarian option will be provided.
⦁ Feel free to bring your own wine if you’d like to share more. Corkage is included in the ticket price, but wines can only be consumed after the wine pairing session concludes.
