Join Helen of Honey Bear Breads in Simsbury for a hands-on sourdough class! Learn to care for a sourdough starter, understand fermentation & the health benefits of sourdough, master kneading, shaping, scoring, and get ready to bake your first artisan loaf.

Leave with your own starter, a loaf to bake at home, and Helen’s sourdough beginner guide. This is a hands on class where students will actively participate in making their own loaf. Perfect for beginners! (Bring your own medium mixing bowl!)
