Oysters Rockefeller.
Freshly shucked oysters on the half shell, oven-baked over rock salt and topped with a savory blend of wilted spinach, fresh herbs, shallots, and garlic. Finished with a splash of Pernod and crisp panko-Parmesan crust. Served bubbling hot with a lemon crown, this classic preparation offers a rich, briny bite with a delicate herbal finish.
Steak Tenderloin Diane.
Pan-seared beef tenderloin medallions, finished in a rich Cognac-Dijon cream sauce with sautéed cremini mushrooms, shallots, and a hint of Worcestershire. Served alongside grilled asparagus drizzled with a balsamic glaze and crowned with crumbles of aged Gorgonzola. A refined, deeply savory presentation that balances richness, earthiness, and a touch of tang.
