Spaghetti alla Carbonara
A Roman classic made with al dente spaghetti tossed in a silky sauce of farm-fresh egg yolks, Pecorino Romano, and cracked black pepper. Finished with crisp, rendered guanciale and emulsified with reserved pasta water for a rich, creamy texture. A timeless dish that balances bold, savory flavors with simple, authentic ingredients.
