FREE A1C Diabetes Screening (A1C Test)

Wilson Health is offering a FREE Diabetes Screening (A1C Test) on Thursday, June 26 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
This event will take place at the Amos Memorial Library, located on 230 E. North Street in Sidney, Ohio.
No appointment or fasting required. This screening is done by a finger prick test and results will be received around 7 - 10 minutes after.
In addition to the A1C Screening, Holly Burch, Certified Diabetes Educator, will be offering education, giveaways and more!
