🌟🌟🌟 Yoga Reimagined - A Workshop with Maria Zervas at Jenna Blair Yoga Wellbeing Centre in Belle Vue 🌟🌟🌟

A whole body experience considering the anatomy and architecture of our living form.

In this workshop, we’ll explore yoga postures (asanas) through natural, intuitive movement, encouraging curiosity and personal discovery in your practice. We'll integrate current scientific understanding of the myofascial system into yoga, Pilates, and other movement disciplines.

This isn’t about creating a new modality, but about applying modern research that shifts our perspective from the outdated, 400-year-old biomechanical view of anatomy to a more current, motion-based understanding of the body.

This workshop is open to everyone—whether you're a new or experienced yoga teacher, or just beginning your journey in yoga, Pilates, or other movement practices.
