Sunday Special - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Jenna Blair

Join Jenna for the latest in a series of extended Yin Yoga classes on a Sunday evening.

We will journey through a grounding floor-based Yin Yoga sequence followed by a Yoga Nidra meditation.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is know as "yogic sleep", an accessible form of guided meditation practiced lying down in a comfortable shape. You will simply tune in to Jenna's voice as she guides you through this simple yet often very relaxing meditation technique.
