✨ Yvonne Lambert of Loving Heart Breathwork will guide you through an introduction to breathwork, sharing gentle breathing practices to ground your energy and prepare your body for deep relaxation.
From there, you’ll be immersed in a nurturing Sound Bath Meditation with crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing vibrations that support renewal, inner balance, and calm.
