Georgetown Apartments community meeting with the Shrewsbury Police Department:

Officers of the Shrewsbury Police Department will be at the Georgetown Apartments clubhouse on Wednesday, July 30th, at 6:00pm to meet with Georgetown residents and discuss crime trends, crime prevention, and any other crime concerns you, the resident, may have within the Georgetown apartment complex.

While we are not seeing any sudden crime surge or major concerns within the complex, the Shrewsbury Police Department hopes to establish recurring meetings with our various neighborhoods. We hope these community meetings will keep everyone up to date on what is going on specifically in your neighborhood to prevent crime, to reduce the fear of crime, to ensure Georgetown remains a safe and vibrant community for everyone, and to encourage resident participation in community policing efforts.
