This event is dedicated to our existing dog daycare & dog behaviour training customers only.
We will be meeting at the front of the visitors reception for a 10:30am start to the walk. If you use the what three word app on your phone the exact starting location is ///mermaids.mallets.reported
If you are not a national trust member the entrance fee to the park is £11 per adult and £5.50 for children. The event will give our customers an opportunity to get to know our dog daycare walks and for them to socialise with other customers and their dogs. You will also have the opportunity to walk and talk to our team about your dogs and ask for any advice you would like, or ask any questions you have on dog behaviour in general. This event will start at and return to Attingham Park, Atcham, Shropshire, SY4 4TP
The walk is approximately 5km and is easy in terms of its difficulty. We will be walking for about 1 and 30 minutes in total depending on the groups pace and we will have a 15 minute break half way to take on board a drink and a bite to eat.
There are two excellent cafes at
Attingham Park and depending on the group and the weather we may have time for a spot of lunch at the end of the walk.
If it’s a rainy day it may be slightly muddy in patches but most of the route is gravel pathways. Please ensure you have suitable footwear and a rain coat if it’s wet.
Darren will be giving a safety briefing at the start of the walk and will be sharing some interesting facts about the Attingham Park estate & its surroundings as we walk & he will be using his walk leader skills to make sure we don’t lose anyone along the way 😂.
