Wine and Food Pairing Principles

Learn the fundamentals of food and wine pairing to evaluate your dining experience. We will pair food and wine as we consider six tastes and how wine interacts with them.

This class will be located at Chiangmai Thai Kitchen Restaurant at 1244 Shreveport Barksdale Hwy, Shreveport, La. 71104.

Must be over 21 to attend.
