Cultivate Peace in your weekend!
Join us Saturday afternoon for 45-minutes of deep relaxation as we connect with the breath and let go of stress, dissolving into the healing tones of singing bowls, the chime of a singing crystal pyramid, and deep reverberations of the Chao gong.

Yoga mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. You may wish to bring an additional pillow or blanket for extra yummy comfort.
* Due to spacing needs, this event is limited to 8 spots *

*This event will be held upstairs at the Peace of Mind Center in the Reiki/Sound Healing Room. Please arrive promptly to settle into the space.
