Sinking into grief? Compounded grief? Transformative grief? Collective grief?

YES, we are doing all of this right NOW!
Loss & grief can paralyze and/or transform. We have agency in this experience. Join us for a lighter dialogue on the heavy!

We will anchor 5 restorative responses to subtle or shattering grief & loss with tissues and tools for embracing the "yuck."

There will also be a drawing for an End of Life journal, which is extremely helpful with clarity of thought and peace of mind.

Ellen Stetson, End of Life Doula, is known to be a caring and compassionate Teacher/Healer who doesn't take herself or life too seriously. Her Mantra: "All is well, despite appearances."
