0-3 may wear absolutely no make-up.
4-10 may wear minimal make up. Lip gloss, powder, mascara.
11- up may wear age appropriate make up.
We are looking for a fresh face! No big hair. No hair pieces. No flippers.
Nothing fake at all!! Let your natural beauty shine!
Remember - there is no modeling score!! Keep it simple and with lots of personality.
Attire
official BLACK PBN logo T-shirt , with your choice of white or denim bottoms of any kind. Tshirt design will be posted on our event page. You will receive your tshirt at registration.
Photogenic is optional , this score is used for divisional photogenic ONLY.

Judges will be qualified and their decisions are final.
Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated and can lead to disqualification without a refund.
No names of other contestants in the pageant will be given out. Please do not ask.
All paperwork and deposits must be received on or before August 8th Absolutely no door entries.
We must have 20 contestants in each supreme division in order for cash prizes to be given.
We reserve the right to split/combine groups as necessary.
Door Admission is $10 per person. Cash Only. Please inform your guests so that they can be prepared. Children under 5 are free.
