Flex and Stretch

Flex and Stretch is a fitness class that blends strength training with flexibility. We will alternate focusing on lower body and upper body workouts each class using hand weights, exercise bands, and a Pilates mat. We will also have a stretching portion of class focusing on flexibility and releasing tension in the body. Students need to wear clothing that allows the body to move freely and shoes that promote active workout. Student will need to bring their own 2lb to 15lbs hand weights, TheraBand (Circular, but long enough straight ones are fine and can be tied) and a Yoga/Pilates Mat.

Register by 10/24/25 to get the early bird price of $79.00. After that date the cost will be $99.00.
