Gratitude Journals

This one-day workshop will give you a chance to learn how to decrease your stress and anxiety, lower your rate of illness, and increase your happiness through gratitude journaling. We will talk about how teachers can use this with students and how parents and grandparents can use it with children. We will also explore ways to use your gratitude journal to share the joy with your loved ones during Thanksgiving. All supplies included.

Register by 10/29/25 to get the early bird price of $59.00. After that date the cost will be $79.00.
