Holistic Healing & Manifestation Boards

In this course we will cover vibrational awareness, setting intentions, meditation and breathwork, grounding and smudging our spaces for healing as well as using essential oils and crystals. Using a multitude of essential oils and crystals we will cover all the healing properties and techniques of each. Energy healing Reiki and Reconnective techniques and each student will receive a healing session and learn how to feel the frequencies. In closing we will put action to manifestation and everything we learned by creating our Manifestation Boards to take home for continued growth and healing.
